Terms and conditions here refer to but not limited to all Pick Me Up affiliate operated internet sites which reference these Terms and Conditions. “Pick Me Up” is a subsidiaries of MegaLive BioSciences Sdn. Bhd., a company in Malaysia under registration number (852015 W) and having its registered address in 1st Floor, 13, Jalan Selasih, Taman Semarak, 09000 Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman, Malaysia.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from use of this website will be governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian Law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts.

1.4.1 The Pick Me Up website does not facilitate online purchases directly. Instead, transactions are conducted through our official platforms, which include the MegaLive website, MegaLive Shopee platform, and MegaLive Lazada platform. These platforms serve as the channels for all transactions.
1.4.2 As such, any contractual agreements will be governed by the terms and conditions of these three platforms. These terms and conditions delineate the terms of purchase and/or agreement between the buyer and either Hanako or MegaLive.

1.5.1 Anything that is submitted to the Site or other social medias and/or provide to us, including but not limited to, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, “Submissions”) will become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you.
